| Minutes of Meeting | Online Zoom meeting Today's Points discussed in this meeting are 1. With the help of Hemant Dighe who gave 25,000/- for project & in addition to that, Dr.Devidas Bhalerao & Abhay Bansod, both are contributed 4,000/- each . Total amount is 33,000/- . Our club will give ECG machine to hospital from this amount. 2. 116 Laptop distributions through 4 NGO's to needy students. On 5th Aug 2022. With the help of Emerson Export Engineering Centre by Rtn.Abhay Bansod. 3. Installation of Interact Club of BJS school ,Wagholi on 15th Aug 2022. Rtn.Smita Vikhankar will take care of this program. Here on this day our club will help them in the form of books. Vibhawari will talk to Rtn. Ambekar Sir regarding this. 4.Installation of Sarthak interact Club at Amale & Utkarsh interact club. This event will be taken care by Rtn. Rajendra Mhetre, Abhay Jabade, Sharada Chavhan & Smita Vikhankar. 5. Fund raising for our Rotract club Vibrant through our club and sponsorers. For this event they will require approximately 10,000/- rs. 6. Annual membership fee for our club for rotary year 2022-23 from all our members will be expected in the month of July. 7. Our ongoing projects - Gundalwadi dam - Toilet blocks in Nira,Pimpale khurd will be taken care by Rtn.Deepak Shriwastav,Vasantrao Khedkar,Umeshji Naik, Abhay Jabade. |
