| Minutes of Meeting | Hello everyone...?? Thanks for attending today's BOD Meeting. Members present for this meeting President Vibhavari Deshpande Secretary Puja Giri Rtn.Umesh Naik Rtn.Rajendra Mhetre Rtn.Bhagyashree Pawar Rtn.Abhay Bansod Rtn.Pinal Wankhede Rtn.Deepak Shriwastav. Points discussed in this meeting are as follows 1)On 20th August District membership seminar will be there. From our club Vibhavari & Bhagyashree will attend this seminar. 2) आपल्या club तर्फे घेण्यात येत असलेला "काव्यसरी" हा कार्यक्रम 21 ऑगस्ट ला असेल. याचे Project Director IPP संजय डोळे आहेत. आत्तापर्यंत 45 कवितांची entry आलेली आहे. बाकी details आपल्या में ग्रुप वर कळवले जातील. 3)Project of toilet blocks will be taken care by Rtn.Umesh ji Naik & Rtn.Meenatai Borate. 4) On 15 th August Rotary club Prime City will arrange गणपती अथर्वशीर्ष at सारसबाग. If anybody wishes to attend, they can attend. 5) On 24th August our second Synergy meeting will be there. Details will be given on the main group. Our club will pay Rs. 3000/- for the same 6) School project by Pratibha. This will include donating accessories for the school like, printers, celling fans, water tank for the school and 4 laptops which are already given. The fans will be provided by Rtn Sanjay Dole with the help of Bharat Natya Mandir. 7) For environment project Rtn.Abhay Bansod with the help of CSR will do the need full.Along with him Rtn.Rajendra Mhetre & Rtn. Pinal Wankhede will decide on what and which environment project is to be done. 8) Vaccination in corporation school is the another project put forward by Rtn.Abhay Bansod. This includes vaccination of 25,000 students. Per student they required 30/-rs. Total budget will go up to 7,50,000. For the same Abhay will evaluate it first & after that we will decide for this project. 9) With the help of "Prayas" this year also we will conduct Cervical Cancer camp in Remidy clinic. Rtn.Dr.Devidas Bhalerao & Rtn.Abhay Bansode will take care of this. 10) नवदुर्गा हा कार्यक्रम अध्यक्ष विभावरी हिने घेण्याचे ठरवले आहे. नऊ विविध क्षेत्रात काम करणाऱ्या महिलांचा गौरव त्यावेळी केला जाईल.दसऱ्यानंतर 7 ऑक्टोबर ला हा कार्यक्रम होईल.
