| Minutes of Meeting | Points discussed are as below. 1) Project presented by Pratibha to help needy students near Mulashi, Prashant Shah will donate Raincoats. Umesh ji will take care about water tank. In between Dusara & Diwali we all will plan to go there & handover all the things. 2) Point discussed in prior BOD about Vaccination will be taken care by Abhay Bansod. 3) Dr. Devidas Bhalerao is in touch with Prayas. We will have a big camp in November for cervical cancer. Doctor will take care for the same. Pratibha also will help to find ladies for this camp. 4) We will have big event in October. That is Navdurga. Felicitation of 9 different ladies, who contributed for the society. Our president Vibhavari & Vinod both are going to sponcer this full event on there own. 5) Kojagiri celebration will be on 14th October. Details will be given soon. 6) Under basic need of education, one proposal is put by Vibhavari FLOA, That means Foreign Language online Application. The needy students will be provided with some aid for the same. Vibhavari will update about it soon. 7) To find sponcers for book काव्यसरी, which will help to raise the funds for our club. 8) In between Dusara & Diwali we will plan to go to Nira for our toilet project. Umeshji will lead the event as project director. 9) In Diwali our ongoing project Traffic Awareness will be conducted. 10) Details for all these events will be shared soon. |
