| Minutes of Meeting | 1) 7th December we are going to conduct काव्यसरी प्रकाशन सोहळा..In Elecronica estate. All are requested to be present for this mega event. We will distribute near about 500 books on same day.. Details will followed soon. Sanjay Dole will be taking care of this event. 2) We have a planning assembly on 9th of December with our AG Shrikant Joshi. We have to present our presentation in front of him. In first week of December. presentation will be ready & will be given to Directors. Venue will be same... Elecronica Estate. 3) On 23rd December we will have our DG Visit. Venue for this special meeting will be Taravde Clerks in Details will be followed soon. 4) DG election Contestants for this election along with their biodatas will be put on by President Vibha & then we will decide to whom we are going to vote. Vibhavari will take care of this. 5) Nomination Committee chairman Rtn.Deepak Shrivastav will take care for further procedure. 6) On 26th November, Saturday we have Synergy meet with शुक्रांगण. Vibhavari will give the details for the same... 7) Two upcoming programs Coffee with Chandrashekhar & हास्य फुले अंगणी are going to conduct by our own club. Both programs are synergy with other clubs. Details will be followed soon. 8) Most important point...Our club has 1,51,863 amount in our account. |
